We can only administer medicines that have been prescribed by a Doctor or Pharmacist and accompanied by a completed permission form, found below, this must be signed by a person with parental responsibility for the child. The medicine should be in it's original packaging with the prescription label clearly visible.
Medication should be taken to the office in the morning and collected after school by an adult. If medicine is not collected resulting in a missed dose then the school can no longer administer the medicine as the prescribed duration has not be adhered to.
Any medicine that is required to be administered for 8 days or longer needs to be part of a health care plan. Please contact the office for more information.
